Peaches 'n Cream No-Bake Cheesecake

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, margarine and 1/4 cup sugar; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
  2. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
  3. Beat Neufchatel cheese and remaining sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  4. Add dry gelatin mix; mix well.
  5. Stir in peaches and Cool Whip.
  6. Spoon over crust; cover.
  7. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  8. Refrigerate leftovers.
