Easy Pumpkin Mousse

  1. Combine ingredients well, then refrigerate.
  2. I like to mix it with quick-cooking oats (uncooked).
  3. Combine the pumpkin mousse and oats well, then let sit for 15 minutes in the fridge.
  4. I also like to add it on pancakes, but it tastes just as good by itself.
