Classic Margarita

  1. Rub lime slice around outer rim of cocktail glass.
  2. Place salt in a dish.
  3. Holding glass parallel to dish, coat only the outside with salt.
  4. Place glass in refrigerator.
  5. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add tequila, Cointreau and lime juice.
  6. Shake well.
  7. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
