American Pork Rice Dish
- 1 cup regular rice, uncooked
- 4 pork chops
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 cup water
- Sprinkle dry rice in 13x9x2-inch pan.
- Arrange pork chops over rice.
- Sprinkle with chopped onion.
- Combine soup and water and pour over mixture.
- Lift pork chops so some of liquid settles on bottom of pan.
- Bake at 375F for 1 hour.
