Chicken Enchiladas With Sour Cream Recipe

  1. Combine soup, lowfat sour cream, green chilies and seasonings in sauce pan and cook over medium heat till warm.
  2. Combine cheese and onions in bowl.
  3. Cook each tortilla in warm oil till softened and drain on paper towel.
  4. Place 2 Tbsp.
  5. chicken and 1 Tbsp.
  6. soup sauce and 3 Tbsp.
  7. cheese mix on edge of tortilla and roll up.
  8. Place in 9 x 13 dish.
  9. Spoon remaining soup mix over top and sprinkle with remaining cheese mix.
  10. Bake 350 degrees for 30 min.
