Easy Tomato Baked Chicken
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced, canned, drained
- 1/2 Tbsp. KRAFT Light Balsamic Vinaigrette Reduced Fat dressing
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. garlic clove, chopped
- 3/4 cup spaghetti, cooked
- 1 kiwi
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) drinking water
- PREHEAT oven to 425F.
- Place onions in bottom of baking dish; top with chicken.
- COMBINE tomatoes, dressing and garlic powder; pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- BAKE 20 min.
- or until chicken is cooked through (165F).
- PLACE olive oil and garlic in pot.
- Add pasta and stir.
- Serve with chicken.
- COMPLEMENT meal with kiwi for dessert.
- SERVE 8 fl oz (1 cup) of water with meal.
