Bruschetta Salmon

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, except for the salmon.
  3. Spray a large sheet of heavy-duty tin foil with cooking spray.
  4. Place the tin foil on the grill, and transfer the fish onto the tin foil, flesh side down.
  5. Grill for 5 minutes.
  6. Flip the fish over, and spoon the bruschetta mixture onto the fillets.
  7. Grill 18 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
