Johann's Yee-Hah Irish Coffee

  1. Set about a quart of water to boil on the stove.
  2. Whip cream to very soft peaks (should still be a little runny).
  3. Add 1/2 of the sugar to cream and dissolve.
  4. Pour boiling water into a footed glass or other suitable glass.
  5. Drain water when glasses are very hot.
  6. Brew the espresso and mix with the other half of the sugar.
  7. Pour sweetened espresso in the bottom of each glass and then top with whiskey.
  8. Spoon soft-whipped cream on top of that and drizzle a small amount of Kahlua on the cream.
  9. Serve immediately.
