Tartar Sauce
- 12 cup coarsely chopped sour dill pickle
- 14 cup drained coarsely chopped capers
- 14 cup yellow onion, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 12 cups mayonnaise
- 12 lemon, juice of
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- Combine the pickles, capers, onion, and parsley in a bowl.
- Whisk in the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Tabasco, and Worcestershire sauce until combined.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Store in the refrigerator.
- Makes 2 cups.
