Spicy Garlic Shoots and Atsuage
- 50 grams Garlic shoots
- 150 grams Atsuage
- 1 tbsp Momoya kimchi stock
- 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 pinch Ichimi chilli pepper powder
- 2 pinch Sugar
- 1 Minced onion
- Cut the garlic shoots into 2 cm pieces.
- Also cut the atsuage tofu into 2 cm cubes.
- Mince the onion.
- Lightly boil the garlic shoots.
- Be careful not to over-boil!
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and the flavoring and mix well.
- Transfer to a serving plate and it's complete.
