Spicy Garlic Shoots and Atsuage

  1. Cut the garlic shoots into 2 cm pieces.
  2. Also cut the atsuage tofu into 2 cm cubes.
  3. Mince the onion.
  4. Lightly boil the garlic shoots.
  5. Be careful not to over-boil!
  6. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and the flavoring and mix well.
  7. Transfer to a serving plate and it's complete.
