Lemon Garlic and Butter Baked Shrimp

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place lemon slices in a single layer on the bottom of a 9x13-inch glass baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, dressing mix, parsley, and pepper.
  3. Add shrimp and toss well to coat.
  4. Pour the shrimp-butter mixture over the lemon slices and arrange so the shrimp are in a single layer.
  5. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
  7. I like to serve them over pasta or rice, or along side a loaf of crusty French bread to soak up all the yummy juices.
