Chewy Chocolate Chunk Cookies

• 1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine, softened
• 34 cup packed brown sugar
• 14 cup granulated sugar
• 1 (3 1/2 ounce) packagevanilla flavor instant pudding mix
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 14 cups flour
• 1 (12 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chunks

1. HEAT oven to 375F Beat butter, sugars, dry pudding mix and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended.
2. Add eggs and baking soda; mix well.
3. Gradually add flour, beating after each addition until well blended.
4. Stir in chocolate.
5. DROP teaspoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
6. BAKE 8 to 10 minute or until golden brown.
7. Cool 3 minute on baking sheets.
8. Remove to wire racks.
9. Cool completely.
