Slow Cooker Chili Recipe
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 can (1 lb.) stewed tomatoes
- 1 can (15 1/2 ounce.) chili beans
- 1 can (8 ounce.) tomato sauce
- 1 c. minced onion
- Pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Brown grnd beef in skillet; drain excess fat.
- Combine remaining ingredients with grnd beef in slow cooker.
- Cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hrs.
- Alternate method: brown grnd beef in large saucepan; drain excess fat.
- Add in remaining ingredients and simmer 30 min.
- Stir occasionally.
- Makes 6 servings.
