Spicy and Cheesy Italian Long Hot Garlic Bread
- 1 loaf Italian Bread
- 8 Tablespoons Butter
- 5 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 1 whole Italian Long Hot (chopped)
- 1/2 Tablespoons Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and place shelf near the top.
- Cut Italian loaf in half lengthwise.
- Melt butter in the microwave and brush bread with it (leave some to pour on top later).
- Top the bread with 3/4 of the remaining ingredients, reserving all the cheese for topping.
- Bake for 1012 minutes until crispy.
- Remove from oven and turn oven to broil.
- Add the cheese on top, then sprinkle remaining 1/4 of ingredients, and top with a little melted butter.
- Return to oven for 35 minutes until cheese is bubbling and melted.
- Cut in strips and serve!
