Best Ever Sweet Potato Pie Recipe

• 2 1/2 c. sweet potatoes
• 3/4 c. butter
• 2 c. sugar
• 2 Large eggs
• 1 c. buttermilk
• 1/4 teaspoon soda
• 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
• 1/4 teaspoon maple flavoring

1. Mix soda with buttermilk and add in to other ingredients.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
3. Makes 2 pies.
