Another Almond Crusted Tilapia Recipe

  1. Place the almonds, bread crumbs, garlic salt, pepper and parsley in a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
  2. Heat the oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Brush the mustard over both sides of the fillets, dredge in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Add the fish to the pan, cook for 3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
