Beef and Mushroom Crock Pot Stew

  1. Put beef in crock pot.
  2. Mix together flour, salt and pepper and pour over the meat.
  3. Stir to coat each piece of meat with flour mixture.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to mix well.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or on high for 4 to 6 hours.
  6. 15 minutes before ready to serve, stir in cornstarch slurry and put crock pot on high.
  7. Stir stew thoroughly before serving and enjoy.
