Applebutter

  1. Peel, core, and thinly slice apples.
  2. Put them in a saucepan with 1/4 cup of the water and 1/4 cup of the applejuice.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 1 hour.
  4. Mix cornstarch with the 2 Tb of applejuice.
  5. Stir into the mix, and stir until it thickens.
  6. Put all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
  7. Refrigerate.
  8. Makes about 4 cups.
