Granny D's Potato Doughnuts Recipe
- Add in dry ingredients alternately with 2 c. mashed potatoes till well blended.
- Refrigeratefor several hrs.
- Roll out on floured board to 1/2 inch thick.
- Cut with doughnut cutter and fry in warm oil.
- When doughnut rises to top of oil, turn over and fry till brown on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels and roll in mix of 2 c. sugar and 1 tsp.
- cinnamon.
