Star Fruit and Avocado Guacamole

• avocado
• onion
• garlic
• jalapeno (fresh or canned)
• star fruit, ends and points trimmed
• kosher salt

1. Put the onion, garlic and jalapenos in your food processor and take it for a spin.
2. Add star fruit and spin until smooth.
3. Add the avocado, spin again.
4. Salt to taste and enjoy.
