Creamy Chicken Primavera
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 3/4 pound chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless cut into strips
- 1 package pasta with vegetables
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup sour cream dairy
- In large skillet, melt butter.
- Add chicken, cook until no longer pink.
- Add pasta and vegetables and water.
- Cover, cook over medium heat 7 to 9 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in sour cream; heat throughly.
