Sausage And Beans Recipe
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 med. onions, minced
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/2 teaspoon dry rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 20 ounce. can white kidney beans
- 16 ounce. can tomatoes
- Brown sausage in large skillet; remove.
- Keep hot.
- Pour off drippings, returning 2 Tbsp.
- to the skillet.
- Saute/fry garlic, onions, and celery till onions are transparent.
- Then add in rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in beans, tomatoes, and sausage.
- Simmer about 8-10 min.
- Serve immediately.
