Biscuit Chicken Pie Recipe
- 1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 c. cubed cooked chicken
- 1 c. cooked cut green beans
- 6-8 cooked whole sm. white onions
- 2 tbsp. minced pimento
- 1 c. pkg. biscuit mix
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- In 1 1/2 qt casserole, combine all ingredients except biscuit mix and lowfat milk.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 15 min.
- Meanwhile, combine biscuit mix and lowfat milk as directed on package.
- Make 16 small biscuits.
- Overlap biscuits around edge of casserole.
- Bake 10 min longer or possibly till done.
- Serves 4.
