Dhania Dip (otherwise known as Cilantro or Coriander)
- 2 bunches Dhania (fresh corriander)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/8 to 1/2 tabasco
- hot sauce to taste
- Wash dhania and discard the heavy stems.
- Place by bunches in food processor, process until finely chopped Add other ingredients with dhania in food processor and process a few seconds until blended well, but not mushy.
- Serve as a cold dip with french bread slices, or toasted pita chips.
