Dhania Dip (otherwise known as Cilantro or Coriander)

  1. Wash dhania and discard the heavy stems.
  2. Place by bunches in food processor, process until finely chopped Add other ingredients with dhania in food processor and process a few seconds until blended well, but not mushy.
  3. Serve as a cold dip with french bread slices, or toasted pita chips.
