Pacific Rim Salmon Fettuccine

  1. cook noodles al dente in salt water.
  2. sautee shallots and garlic cloves in butter.
  3. add flour and lightly brown.make a rue.

  5. 1 qt.heavy cream.
  6. parmesan/romano cheese.
  7. stir until melted.do not boil.
  8. 2 cups artichoke hearts.
  9. 8 oz.
  10. white wine -- simmer for 30 minute on low heat.
  11. sea salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste.
  12. add grilled salmon.
  13. pour Alfredo sauce over buttered noodles --.
  14. top with fresh julienned basil.
