Chicken with Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees (175 C.).
  2. Bread chicken cutlets.
  3. Melt margarine in pan and fry cutlets and garlic lightly on both sides.
  4. Do not cook thoroughly.
  5. Place cutlets in foil pan.
  6. With remainder of margarine add a tbsp of lemon juice and bring to a boil.
  7. Disgard garlic (or keep it if you like garlic!)
  8. and pour sauce into foil pan.
  9. Cover with foil, bake for 15 minutes.
  10. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
