Caesar Salad with Garlic-Grilled Shrimp
- 2 takeout side orders of garlic bread
- .67 c. Caesar salad dressing
- 2 bag romaine salad mix
- 2 takeout orders of garlic-grilled shrimp
- 13 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Lemon wedges
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut garlic bread into 3/4-inch cubes (3 cups); place in jelly-roll pan.
- Bake croutons 7 to 10 minutes or until golden.
- Cool slightly.
- Meanwhile, in large salad bowl, toss dressing with romaine salad mix.
- Add shrimp, Parmesan, and croutons; toss well.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
