Caesar Salad with Garlic-Grilled Shrimp

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut garlic bread into 3/4-inch cubes (3 cups); place in jelly-roll pan.
  2. Bake croutons 7 to 10 minutes or until golden.
  3. Cool slightly.
  4. Meanwhile, in large salad bowl, toss dressing with romaine salad mix.
  5. Add shrimp, Parmesan, and croutons; toss well.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges.
