Breakfast Smoothie
- 1 cup plain unsweetened almond milk
- 1 ounce vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon green tea powder
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 12 cup frozen peaches
- core the apple and cut into chunks, break up the banana.
- into your blender, add the almond milk, then the powders, then the remaining ingredients.
- pulse a few times to get everything going then blend for 2-3 minutes.
