Apple Cranberry Cole Slaw

• 8 cups finely shredded cabbage (about 1/2 head)
• 2 cups shredded carrots
• 2 medium granny smith apples, chopped
• 12 cup dried cranberries or 12 cup raisins
• 14 cup vinaigrette (your choice)

1. In large bowl toss all ingredients except dressing.
2. Just before serving, add vinaigrette and toss.
