Orange Pork Loin w/ Herbs De Provence
- 2 lb boneless pork loin
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp Valencia orange peel seasoning
- 1 tbsp herbs de provence seasoning
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 olive oil; as needed
- 1 salt and peppercorn melange
- Marinate pork in orange juice for 24-48 hours.
- Pat dry.
- Season.
- Roast at 350 for approximately one hour or until pork reaches desired doneness.
- Let rest five minutes before slicing.
