Aubergine Casserole (Corrected) Recipe

  1. Peel aubergine and slice into 1/4" slices.
  2. Spread with mayonise.
  3. Pour bread crums on waxed paper, coat each slice will.
  4. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 15 min.
  5. Remove and place slices in overlapping in a shallow baking dish.
  6. Pour tomato paste over and sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
