Pot De Cre'me Au Chocolate (Easy Chocolate Mousse) Recipe

  1. Heat chocolate over warm water.
  2. Gradually stir in the sugar and the cream till smooth.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Slowly blend in egg yolks and vanilla.
  5. Pour into small individual dessert dishes, such as demitasse c.. Chill.
  6. Serve with garnish of whipped cream.
  7. 6 servings.
