Peppery Stuffed Crab

  1. Figure two parts crab meat to 1 part soft bread.
  2. Moisten bread with cream and bitters mixture.
  3. Saute garlic, shallots and pepper with bacon.
  4. Mix everything thoroughly.
  5. Coat shells with olive oil and stuff with mixture.
  6. Cover with fine bread crumbs, dot with butter or olive oil and brown in a 375 degree F oven.
  7. Seasoning is always to taste but these are better if a little peppery.
