Barbecued Brisket Of Beef Recipe
- 1 lg. fresh brisket of beef
- 1 jar Original Flavor Open Pit Barbecue Sauce
- Bake brisket in oven till completely done.
- Cold overnight.
- Trim off all fat and throw away.
- Slice meat as thin as possible, keeping slices in order.
- Place slices on heavy aluminum foil and separate as you pour Barbecue Sauce between each slice and on top of the brisket.
- Close foil snugly around the meat and return to oven at 350 degrees.
- Cook again for at least an hour in order which sauce will permeate the slices of brisket.
- Serve warm.
