Meat Loaf (Ranch Style)

• 3 lbs hamburger
• 1 lb pork sausage
• 14 lb soda cracker, mashed
• 2 cups Pace Picante Sauce
• 1 cup A.1. Original Sauce
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 10 ounces tomato sauce
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup picante sauce
• 1 cup ketchup

1. Mush all ingredients together and form a loaf in a glass-baking dish (approx 9 x 13).
2. Center loaf, leave room around edges for fat to run off.
3. Bake for approximately 40 minutes @ 400 deg.
4. Remove from oven and top with ketchup and picante sauce mixed 50/50, reheat for 10 minutes or so.
