Vesper

• 1 oz (30 ml) vodka
• 2 oz (60 ml) gin
• 1/2 oz (15 ml) Lillet Blanc

1. In an ice-filled mixing glass add vodka, gin, and Lillet Blanc; shake until ice cold.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a large, thin slice of lemon peel.
