Stir-Fried Calamari

  1. Preheat wok.
  2. Heat peanut oil until smoking.
  3. Add vegetables and stir-fry until slightly tender, stirring constantly.
  4. Add calamari, garlic, and sprouts, stirring constantly.
  5. Add remaining ingredients and continue stir-frying for 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Add the sesame oil.
  7. Adjust seasoning if needed.
