Alehouse Twice Baked Potato
- 2 Large Idaho baking potatoes
- 1/4 cup Shredded cheese, I prefer a mix
- 4 slice Smoked Bacon
- 4 Green onions
- 3 tbsp Sour cream
- 2 tbsp Butter melted
- 1 tsp Dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp Garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- Baked Idaho potatoes until fully cooked.
- About an hour + at 350F.
- Then let cool completely.
- Potatoes can be baked a day or two in advance for this recipe.
- Slice potatoes in half and remove the interior meat.
- Leave some of the potato against the skin so that it is stable and still has some structure.
- Add salt and pepper to the inside of the potatoes.
- Mix the potatoes and other ingredients together well and spoon back into the potato skins.
- (you can refrigerate for a day or two before baking)
- Top with a little of the reserved shredded cheese.
- Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes.
- Top with a little bacon and green onions before serving.
