Dipping Sauce for Hot Pot
- 6 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 6 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp Ponzu
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Doubanjiang
- 1 tsp Grated garlic
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- Grind the roasted sesame seeds in a mortar, add the rest of ingredients, and mix.
- When serving, dilute the sauce a little with the soup from the hot pot.
