Moms Turkey Meat Pie
- 2 pounds Ground Turkey
- 1 whole Onion, Medium Size, Diced
- 1/2 teaspoons Seasonsed Salt
- 1/4 cups Egg Beaters
- 1/2 cups Light Sour Cream
- 1/4 cups Light Thousand Island Dressing
- 13 cups Oats, Dry
- 4 slices 2% American Cheese
- 1 whole Pie Crust

- Over medium heat, brown the turkey and onion with the seasoned salt in a large nonstick skillet.
- Break up the turkey as you go, and once the turkey is browned and the onions are soft, remove from heat.

- Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and cool slightly.

- Add egg beaters, sour cream, dressing, and oats.
- Mix well.

- Transfer 1/2 of the mixture to a deep dish pie pan sprayed with PAM.
- Top with all of the cheese, then the remaining meat mixture.
- Cover with the pie crust, and prick the crust with a fork a few times to let out steam.
- 5.
- Bake at 400F for 40 45 minutes until nicely browned.
