Party Spinach

• 4 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach
• 13 cup mayonnaise
• 23 cup sour cream
• 1 (8 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
• 23 cup parmesan cheese
• 1 (8 ounce) can artichokes, drained and cut into bite sized pieces

1. Cook spinach according to package directions;drain well.
2. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, mushroom soup and parmesan cheese.
3. Add mixture to spinach.
4. Fold in artichokes.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
