New-Look Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 10 to 12 min.
  3. or just until potatoes are tender; drain.
  4. Remove 3/4 of the potatoes; place in large bowl.
  5. Add sour cream; mash until smooth.
  6. Stir in VELVEETA, ham and onions.
  7. Gently stir in remaining potato slices.
  8. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with Parmesan.
  9. Bake 30 min.
  10. or until heated through.
