No-Fail Chicken Burgers

  1. In a large bowl combine ground chicken, garlic, onion, parsley, blue cheese, poultry seasoning, lemon juice, and zest, salt and pepper.
  2. Form into 4 oval shaped patties.
  3. Dredge in flour to prevent juices from escaping.
  4. Grill over medium heat, until internal temperature reaches 160F Remove burgers from grill.
  5. Slice bread thickly.
  6. Brush both sides, weith olive oil, and place on grill until golden brown; turn repeat.
  7. Transfer bread to plate.
  8. Add burger, top with lettuce and tomato, and garnish with a pat of blue cheese.
  9. Goes well with dilled potato salad and asparagus.
