Fabulous Fish Appetizer/Dip

• 1 (13 ounce) jar herring in wine sauce, chopped
• 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
• 1 (8 ounce) jar artichoke hearts, chopped
• 1 small red onion, chopped
• 1 (3 ounce) canof chopped black olives (diced)
• 1 (6 ounce) bottle chili sauce, to taste

1. Mix first 5 ingredients together.
2. Add enough chili sauce to basically wetten the rest of the ingredients.
3. Serve on crackers.
4. Note: I have given ounce size of cans and jars, but this recipe can easily be made in any proportion to taste.
