Down Home Macaroni & Cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Melt 2 tsp.
  3. of the margarine in a medium saucepan on low heat.
  4. Add flour; mix well.
  5. Cook 2 min., stirring constantly.
  6. Gradually add milk, stirring until well blended.
  7. Cook on medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
  8. Add VELVEETA; cook until melted; continue to stir.
  9. Add macaroni; mix lightly.
  10. Spoon into lightly greased baking dish; sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  11. Melt remaining margarine, toss with breadcrumbs, and sprinkle over casserole.
  12. Bake 20 min.
  13. or until heated through.
  14. Enjoy a kiwi for dessert.
  15. Serve a pouch of KOOL-AID JAMMERS 10 or an 8 fl oz glass of water with the meal.
