COOL WHIP Breakfast Pancakes
- 1 pkg (425 g) frozen sliced strawberries in light syrup, thawed and drained, reserving juice
- 1 Tbsp. each: orange liqueur or orange juice and cornstarch
- 12 pancakes, (your favourite pancake recipe or use frozen pancakes)
- 1 tub (500 mL) Cool Whip or Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping, thawed
- COMBINE drained juice, liqueur and cornstarch.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Boil for 1 minute or until thickened.
- Gently stir in berries; chill.
- PREPARE your favourite pancakes; keep warm.
- TO serve, layer 3 pancakes with whipped topping and strawberry sauce, ending with the sauce.
