COOL WHIP Breakfast Pancakes

  1. COMBINE drained juice, liqueur and cornstarch.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Boil for 1 minute or until thickened.
  4. Gently stir in berries; chill.
  5. PREPARE your favourite pancakes; keep warm.
  6. TO serve, layer 3 pancakes with whipped topping and strawberry sauce, ending with the sauce.
