company potato salad

• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 cup shreaded sharp chedder cheese
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 2 lb frozen regular hashbrowns

1. Preheat oven to 500F not boil
2. combine all ingredients and stir well
3. grease a nine by thirteen baking sheet and pour mixture into dish
4. bake for one hour or until nice and golden brown
