Chocolate Caramel Cookies

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Beat eggs, sugars, dressing and vanilla with electric mixer; add flour and baking soda.
  3. Set aside 1 c. of the batter.
  4. Spread remaining batter into lightly greased 13x9-inch baking pan.
  5. Bake 12-15 minutes.
  6. Cool 10 minutes.
  7. Melt caramels with milk over low heat.
  8. Top crust with caramel mixture; sprinkle with chips and pecans.
  9. Spoon reserved 1 c. batter by teaspoonfuls over pecans.
  10. Continue baking 12-15 minutes.
