Creamy Cauliflower Potato Salad

  1. Cook cauliflower in saucepan of boiling water 8 to 10 min.
  2. or until softened.
  3. (Do not overcook.)
  4. Drain cauliflower.
  5. Rinse under cold running water 2 min.
  6. or until cooled; drain well.
  7. Blot dry with paper towel.
  8. Combine mayo, mustard, celery and onions in medium bowl.
  9. Add cauliflower; mix lightly.
  10. Top with bacon.
  11. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.
