VELVEETA Cheesy Rice
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- 6 oz. VELVEETA, cut up
- Bring water to boil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat.
- Stir in rice and VELVEETA.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Cook and stir until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring frequently.
- Cover.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand 5 to 7 minutes or until creamy.
- Stir before serving.
